The Jewish new year is a time for reflection.
But since I'm starting a new business I have to stop and reflect all the time.
There's so much new information and so much to learn.
Critical decisions to make under pressure.
So whenever I feel worried or confused, I open my notebook and write down my biggest problems, the ones keeping me up at night.
One by one.
To try to make sense of it all and find solutions.
And it always works.
